Church Picnic Volunteer Sign Up

Help us make this year’s Church Picnic a great experience for everyone! We have several opportunities to serve before, during, and after the event.

Day Before (July 25) - Prep/Set Up
Sweep out/set up barn, set up and wipe down tables/chairs, wash/clean barn windows, blow up pool floaties, set up lawn games. Arrival time 8:30am

Day Of (July 26) - Parking Lot Attendants
Help guide and direct people to parking spots.

Day Of (July 26) - Food Monitor/Prep
Supervise incoming food and help find spots for dishes to go and appropriate utensils are added (if needed). Clean up messes as needed. Arrival time 11:30am.

Day Of (July 26) - Clean Up After
Empty garbage. Wipe down and put away tables/chairs. Drain coolers. Put away life jackets/floaties. Pick up trash/debris on property.
